It’s Show Time!!!! (almost)

For our 2025 show, FCQ will be using online registration of quilt(s).

Never Fear!

Assistance will be available at meetings and as requested. Paper Copies of the Information Page and the Registration Form will also be available at meetings to help with the process.

===> May 31, 2025, is the firm deadline date for submission of online registration forms.

===> Please complete 1 registration form for each quilt you want to enter.

===> There is a maximum of 3 quilts per member but with a limit of 2 large quilts. Your Member Challenge quilt is not included in the 3 quilt maximum.

In order to register your quilt(s) for the show, please take the following steps:

1. Print or obtain paper copy of both documents

   2025 Quilt Show Quilt Registration Information page and

   2025 Quilt Registration Form

2. Kind of like you are supposed to do with quilt patterns - please read everything.

3. Using pen/pencil complete one paper copy of the Registration Form for each quilt you are entering.

   • This paper copy will serve as a backup copy. Keep it. This is our first time using ONLINE REGISTRATION.

   Given the hundreds of quilts being registered online, please keep paper backup.

4. Then complete the online form (button below)

   • For each quilt you wish to enter, complete the online form below.

     Use the paper copy(ies) you made as your guide

When you click the SUBMIT button on the registration form a “Thank You” message displays indicating that your quilt was registered.
